Return and Refund Policy

 Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage.
Return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item(s). Please allow 5 working days for your refund. We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.
Name of business-------is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact us.  Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date.
We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
